Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ASTRA Car Services, where we are committed to delivering a truly distinctive and seamless experience. To ensure transparency and convenience during your journey with us, kindly review our meticulously crafted terms and conditions designed to elevate your ASTRA experience.

Deposits

All deposits are considered final and non-refundable.

  • For party buses, stretch limos, motor coaches, and special vehicles, a 50% minimum deposit is required. The remaining balance is due before the contract commencement, with ASTRA initiating payment reminders 48 hours prior.
  • Special events and services at venues during such occasions also require a 50% minimum deposit, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before the contract begins.

Payments

  •  For standard reservations, the total balance must be settled before the contract commences.
  •  Special events, peak periods, hourly-based bookings, and same-day reservations necessitate full payment before the contract begins.

Cancellation Period

  • Standard reservations require a minimum of 2 hours' notice for cancellation.
  • Special events and peak periods may have extended cancellation notice requirements, communicated during booking.
  • Hourly-based bookings and same-day bookings require a minimum of 2 hours' notice for cancellation.

Cancellation Fees

No charges for cancellations made within the specified notice period.

Cancellations outside the notice period may incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost.

No-Show Policy

Failure to notify a designated pick-up location absence will be considered a no-show, subject to a fee equivalent to 100% of the total reservation cost.

Booking Amendments

Changes to reservations (date, time, or vehicle type) are subject to availability. Amendments made within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable for cancellations within the specified notice period, processed using the original payment method.

Fees

  • Tolls, parking fees, and additional charges may not be included in the total price. ASTRA Car Services reserves the right to notify clients or bookers of additional fees after contract completion.
  • A cleaning fee of $250 may be added if extensive cleaning is required post-contract completion. The cleaning fee could vary based on the extent of cleaning needed.

Emergency and Force Majeure

Cancellations due to documented emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with proof required.

Delays and Itinerary Changes

ASTRA Car Services is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as traffic or weather. Changes to the itinerary during the service are subject to approval by the chauffeur and may incur additional charges.

Vehicle Substitution

ASTRA Car Services reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with a comparable or upgraded vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damages

ASTRA reserves the right to seek payment for damages caused by clients or accompanying passengers.

Communication

All cancellations must be communicated via email at management@astracarservices.com. Clients are responsible for obtaining and documenting a cancellation confirmation number.

ASTRA Car Services retains the right to modify this policy, with clients notified in advance of any changes.
